All references to the “Firm” in this Privacy Policy refer to the solo law practice of Rani Stenberg. Data Security and No Attorney–Client Relationship

The Firm uses commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Transmission of information to the Firm through the Site or by email does not create an attorney–client relationship, and such communications may not be treated as privileged or confidential. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after the Firm has undertaken a consultation acknowledged by both parties, considered potential conflicts of interest and professional responsibility obligations, and a formal written engagement letter has been fully executed by both parties. Your California Privacy Rights

We are not a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and the statutory CPRA consumer rights (access, deletion, correction, etc.) do not apply to this Site.
