Levi’s files new trademark complaint against clothing brand, alleging infringement of its iconic tab trademark

We know that trademark owners cannot simply ignore potential infringements, and so does Levi Strauss & Co.. This week, Levi’s has filed a complaint against Australian clothing brands S-Double Corporation and Globe International Limited to protect its iconic tab trademark, alleging trademark infringement, dilution, unfair competition, and breach of contract.
